The hotel is right in the centre of the vibrant night market area, making it easy to explore all the local food options and experience the lively atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and clean, with great views of either the river or the Gulf of Thailand. the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The lack of multiple functioning elevators can make it difficult with heavy luggage to access their rooms.

Spent my Easter vacation at a hotel in Phu Quoc and it was a fantastic experience. the location of the hotel was spot on as it was right in the center of the night markets, which meant plenty of food and shopping options. the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which was great to see. the staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the entire stay very pleasant. one of the highlights was the stunning views of the harbor and the river from the rooms.

One of the main aspects that I didn't enjoy was the night market noise, which continued until almost 1 am.

The hotel's modern design was impressive, as was its cleanliness. Staff was always friendly and willing to help seemed to be a real priority for them. The location in the middle of the night market made it easy to experience authentic local cuisine, drinks, and atmosphere without leaving the area.

Although the hotel's location was convenient for experiencing the night market, it also meant difficulty flagging down taxi rides back to the hotel - often requiring walking a fair distance after a long evening out. there was some noise from vendors and their scraping instruments that went into the wee hours of the morning, which needed to be addressed by the government, as it was not just disruptive to tourists but also locals with families in the vicinity.

Stayed in a spacious and clean room at The Empire Hotel. Had views over the Dương Đông River, the harbor, and the Gulf of Thailand from the balcony, which were excellent. The location in the middle of the night markets was perfect, with plenty of eating options nearby. The front desk girl was great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Empire Hotel in Phu Quoc was perfect - clean, strategic location near the night market, helpful staff, and convenient. Beautiful modern design and friendly staff. Close to specialty eating places. Excellent views from the balcony.
